1. Eligibility for Refund

Product 10 din ke andar return karna hoga
Product sealed aur original packaging mein hona chahiye
Order ID aur purchase proof zaroori hai
Refund request support team ko email/call karke karein

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Opened/used products (hygiene reasons)
10 din ke baad ka return
Damaged due to customer negligence

3. Refund Process

Support ko call/email karein refund request ke liye
Hum pickup arrange karenge (free of cost)
Product quality check ke baad refund initiate hoga
Prepaid: 5-7 working days mein source account mein
COD: Bank transfer ya UPI ke through 7-10 days mein

4. Damaged/Wrong Product

Agar aapko damaged ya wrong product mile, toh 48 ghante ke andar humein contact karein. Unboxing video helpful hota hai. Hum free replacement bhejenge.

5. Order Cancellation

Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kar sakte hain. Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi hai — but return policy use kar sakte hain.
